Equity First Mortgage uses Common Sense Lending based on property value and equity. We fund home equity loans using our own funds or through one of our exclusive Private Lenders. Our experience allows us to give instant approvals and to fund loans that other lenders cannot.
As a founding member of the Alberta Mortgage Brokers Association, Equity First Mortgage is a Private Lender and Licenced Mortgage Broker that has been providing mortgage solutions since 1973.
